  1. The header files in this folder are from the Photoshop SDK.  They're referenced by PIFormatT.h, which contains the After Effects FXIF extensions to the Photoshop 8BIF specification.  This is for writing I/O plug-ins and is described in chapter 6 of the After Effects SDK Guide.
